One of the Strategic Lines of our security company CASVA, a company of SIMETRIA group, is to digitize all its processes in search pursuit of three very clear objectives: to be more efficient, improve the customer experience and meet cover new needs withby developing new services.
CASVA works mainly in 3 customer segments: Public Administrations, Residential and Industry.
In this sense, we launch our challenge:
How we could increase our incomerevenues by improving the experience of our clients our customers' experience?
RELEVANT ASPECTS:
Today the contact with our clients is mainly by commercial channels / alarm call center / repair technicians
The security service is not integrated with other possible customer services such as exterior lighting, mobility, access, ...
Our client has no does not have feedback from their facilities that would makes them feel safer more secure
New services are indistinguishable do not differ from the competition
Detailed description of the challenge:
IMPROVEMENT OF CURRENT INTERACTION: Today the contact of our clients is mainly by:
Via phisical Vvisits or commercial calls
Through aBy call from the customer to the alarm center due to a breakdown
Call from the alarm center to the customer for incident detection
Visit technical facilities for failure issues Technicians' visit due to breakdowns
In this sense, how could the customer experience be improved through new technologies?
We could design an app wherein which the client can see in what the process of each of their interactions ofwith the company is ("just eat style" knowing the status of "my order")
check my contract and invoices
upcoming maintenance review dates
Checkonsultation of the scheduled time of the technician's visit, warning for example if it is going to be delayed with anticipation of the arrival time

INTEGRATION and NEW SERVICES IN THE INDUSTRIAL SECTOR: On the other handMoreover, one of our clients is the industrial sector. In this sense, the security services offered to this type of client are very wide:
External access control (barriers)
Internal access control (doors)
license plate reading
Surveillance service through cameras and / or guards
Detection of overheating in facilities during the night that cause fire risk
But the management of other services could be included and centralized, such as:
External lighting management
External irrigation management
Management of circulations within the factory
General campaign management ...
In this sense, how could we expand the service provided to our clients by facilitating the management of all peripheral services to the industry and "making their lives easier"?
All these services could be integrated into a cloud platform that would allows those responsible to manage all these services remotely, off / on, consumption, know their status, know the history, ...
INTEGRATION and NEW SERVICES IN DOMESTICHOME SECURITY: Finally, we also offer home security services. In general, our target focuses on complex cases (isolated houses, or with considerable extension, or homes with medium / high security requirements ...)
Can we also offer to our private client to improvements based on the service we provide by implementingwith new technologies?
Can we offer other security services through new technologies that were unthinkable until a few years ago?
